Wet Paint & Specialty Coatings
Our “wet” paint shop specializes in high-performance coatings, including MIL-SPEC finish systems, dry film lubricants, fluoropolymer coatings such as Xylan® and Dykor® (which provide EMI/RFI shielding), and ceramic-metallic (cermet) coatings that deliver excellent corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 1200°F. We primarily apply the cermet system to OE motorcycle exhaust components and can perform extensive masking before painting to ensure precise, high-quality finishes.
CARC Liquid Coating
Our CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) liquid coating systems provide superior chemical agent resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term durability in demanding environments.
Designed for both exterior and interior applications, CARC finishes deliver mission-ready performance while meeting critical MIL-SPEC requirements.
