Coating Types
THERMOSET: We apply a full range of thermoset powder coatings, including epoxy, polyester, urethane, and hybrid systems, each selected based on performance requirements, durability expectations, and environmental exposure.
THERMOPLASTIC: Our thermoplastic coating capabilities include nylon and vinyl systems, ideal for applications requiring thicker film builds, enhanced chemical resistance, or added impact protection.

CARC Powder Coating
Our CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) powder coating systems provide superior chemical agent resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term durability in demanding environments. Designed for both exterior and interior applications, CARC finishes deliver mission-ready performance while meeting critical MIL-SPEC requirements.
Powder Coating Application Methods
Our primary powder coating line features a fully integrated conveyor system, including:
- 5-stage clean and phosphate pretreatment
- Dry-off oven
- Spray booth
- 150-foot in-line cure oven
- Maximum cure temperature of 450°F
Part Size Capacity:
- Opening: 36" x 66"
- Length: Up to 12′ standard (up to 14′ in some cases)
Powder is applied manually using GEMA and Nordson equipment to ensure precise coverage and consistent quality control.
We also operate a stand-alone batch area dedicated to:
- R&D projects
- Small production runs
- Extremely small parts
- Components requiring delicate handling
For appropriate applications, we offer fluidized bed coating:
- Existing bed capacity up to 34" x 22" x 24"
- Custom fluidized beds fabricated as needed
This method is ideal for achieving thicker, highly durable thermoplastic coatings on compatible parts.
